Begin by cleansing your face with your preferred cleanser.

Apply the optimizing mist (face) or conducting gel (face and body) before NuFace application.

Adjust the "power" for comfort and non-irritation.

Start the application outside the center of the neck, gliding slowly toward the back of the neck. Follow the arrows as directed, taking steps up to under the jaw. Repeat 3 times.

Start the application outside the nasolabial folds, gliding slowly towards the ear. Follow arrows as directed up to the cheek bone. Repeat 3 times.

Start the application at the top of the brow, gliding up slowly towards the hairline. Continue across the forehead until the end of the brow. Repeat 3 times.

Areas to be avoided / Special Instructions:

• Device may be used on any body part that needs toning and improved circulation including face, neck, breasts, buttocks, etc.
  
• Position the conducting applicators outside the mouth and eye areas. (Note: These are circular muscles that must be avoided) Also avoid the midline (vertical center) of the neck. Do Not use NuFace in these areas.

I had had a couple of professional microcurrent sessions and liked the results so after reading some data on them and reviews I purchased the home version from NuFace. Ive gotta say- its pretty d**n good and the results have been better than I hoped for. If you use the device regularly and correctly you can actually see results immediately. I dont know what the longterm results will be but I guess I`ll find out. My pores are already smaller, by skin is tighter and my face looks a bit lifted, especially in the jowl area. I can see the results and at work my clients have been commenting recently about how healthy and younger I look.
Pros: I like that I can lay on the couch and watch TV while I use the product. I'm also savings hundreds of dollars on the same service at a spa.
Cons: It's not an inconvenience to use- in fact its fairly easy- but sometimes, especially when you put in a new battery, the snapping of the current against your flesh can be a bit uncomfortable. It's not really painful, just a little uncomfortable, but at least you know it's working.

The NuFace site says that there is a 30 day refund policy and a warranty.
You don`t offer either? Are you a qualified re-seller or just in it to make a buck?

I am 56 and have been using anti-aging products for years. Have not done Botox, though.
Got this product two weeks agao and have been using it faithfully every day for 5-7 minutes.
In the lsat 3 days have I seen my efforts paying off. This does work. My skin looks toned, near my jaw line..even my husband said the lower portion of my face looks more slender. This is worth it!
